Development of an intelligent fabric defect detection system
With the rapid development of the textile industry, the requirements for fabric quality are getting higher and higher, and the traditional manual inspection method is inefficient and error-prone. In order to solve this problem, our team decided to develop an intelligent fabric inspection system based on machine vision, which realizes the automatic detection and classification of fabric defects through image processing and pattern recognition technology. Specifically, a series of image preprocessing algorithms have been developed by using image processing libraries such as OpenCV, including grayscale, filtering, edge detection, etc. A defect detection model based on deep learning was designed and implemented, and a convolutional neural network (CNN) was used to classify and locate defects in fabric images.
